Fatal Shooting Investigation at 9755 South Kirkwood Drive
May 31, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 9755 South Kirkwood Drive about 11:30 p.m. on Sunday (May 29).
The identity of the victim, believed to be in his 30s, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers W. Huff and J. Villareal reported:
Patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and located the victim inside a vehicle. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene. A witness reported hearing a gunshot and then seeing an unknown black male with a gray hoodie and black pants running north toward Bissonnet Street.
