Investigation into Male Found Deceased at 1015 Texas Avenue
May 24, 2016 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a male found at 1015 Texas Avenue about 7:55 p.m. on Monday (May 23).
The identity of the male is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers D. Williamson and A. Vinogradov reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a jumper/welfare check call at the above address and found a male deceased on the sidewalk. He had sustained a wound to the head. At this time, the incident appears to be a suicide.
