UPDATE: Suspect Arrested, Charged in 2015 Fatal Shooting
May 9, 2016 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 15500 Ridgerock about 1:20 a.m. on August 10, 2015.
The suspect, Jonathan Leeroy Lemons (b/m, 25), is charged with murder in the 400th State District Court of the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office. He is accused in the killing of Gary Moorehead, 41, of Houston, who died at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers X. Avila and L. Bailey reported:
Patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above address and found Mr. Moorehead lying in the middle of the street. There were no known witnesses at the scene. However, during the course of the investigation, Moorehead's burned vehicle was located in the 6400 block of the South Sam Houston Parkway.
Further investigation identified Lemons as the suspect in this case. He was arrested today (May 9) without incident and subsequently charged for his role in Moorehead's death.
