Investigation into Man's Death at 100 North York
May 2, 2016 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man at 100 North York about 11 p.m. last Friday (April 29).
The victim, Reinaldo Lerma, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers S. Spivey and W. Huff reported:
Patrol officers were dispatched to an assault in-progress call at the above address and found Mr. Lerma unresponsive.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced him deceased. Officers learned Mr. Lerma and another male were drinking and got into a fist fight. Investigators questioned the male suspect and released him pending further investigation and results of Lerma's autopsy.
