Investigation into Incident at 3700 Milam
March 07, 2016 - Houston police are investigating an incident in which a man was found critically injured at 3700 Milam about 1:30 a.m. today (March 7).
The victim, Richard A. Garcia, 26, suffered severe trauma and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer J. Villarreal and Officer J. Young reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a crash at at the above address and found Mr. Garcia. It is believed he fell from the Spur 527 overpass. He was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital.
