Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 5400 West Ridgecreek
June 21, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5400 West Ridgecreek about 11:15 p.m. on Monday (June 20).
The victim, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Smith and Senior Police Officer L. Lovelace reported:
The victim was driving westbound at the above address when an unknown suspect fired shots at his vehicle. The victim was struck and died at the scene.
At this time, there are no known witnesses nor suspects.
