Investigation into Fatal Crash at 901 Uvalde
January 07, 2016 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 901 Uvalde about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday (January 6).
The male victim, 36, a pedestrian, was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant C. Williams and Officer A. Hart-Joseph reported:
The victim was in a private parking lot at the above address when he was struck by a blue Ford Mustang. HFD paramedics responded to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital. The driver of the Mustang was questioned and released at the scene, pending further investigation.
