Update: Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 10110 Forum Park Drive
February 22, 2016 - A suspect charged in the fatal shooting of a man found at 10110 Forum Park Drive about 7:40 p.m. on February 9 has been arrested.
The suspect, Larry Daliet ((b/m, 35), is charged with murder in the 179th State District Court. A 2014 photo of Daliet is attached to this news release.
The victim, Denzel Thomas, 23, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officer L. Bailey and Officer J. Young reported:
Mr. Thomas was shot by an unknown suspect, described only as a black male. The suspect fled the scene in an older model, white, four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda.
Further investigation identified Daliet as a suspect in this case and, on Sunday (Feb. 21), he turned himself in to deputies at the Fort Bend County Jail.
