Investigation into Female Found Deceased at 10211 Sugar Branch
February 1, 2016 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 10211 Sugar Branch about 1:50 p.m. on Sunday (January 31).
The identity of the female is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeants M. Brady and J. Burton reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a person down call at an apartment complex at the above address. A male at the apartment answered the door and told officers his girlfriend was deceased in a closet. The male was detained for questioning with no charges filed at this time in the woman's death.
The investigation is continuing.
