Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 8918 Bissonnet
August 12, 2016 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male that occurred at 8918 Bissonnet at about 9:35 p.m. on Thursday (August 11).
The identity of the male victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers M. Arroyo and J. Dodson reported:
Officers responded to the Treehouse Apartments, at the above address, and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds near the apartment entrance gate. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses reported seeing two black males in a dark-colored sedan flee the area at the time of the shooting.
