Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 3352 Old Spanish Trail
September 28, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one male and the wounding of two others at 3352 Old Spanish Trail about 1:20 a.m. on Saturday (Sept. 26).
The identity of the deceased victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M.A. Holbrook and Officer K. McDonald reported:
Two groups of males got into a confrontation in a nightclub parking lot at the above address. According to witnesses, members of the two groups then exchanged gunfire, killing the victim and wounding two others. One male was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital in an unknown condition. The other, wounded in the arm, refused medical treatment at the scene.
