Suspect Charged, Sought in Incident at 3323 McCue
September 16, 2015 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect wanted and charged in a family violence incident at 3323 McCue on July 9, 2015.
The suspect, Isiah N. Thomas (b/m, 28), is charged with assault of a family member in Harris County Criminal Court #7. A 2014 photo of suspect Thomas, who is considered armed and dangerous, is attached to this news release.
HPD Investigative First Responder Division Sergeant S. Bukhari and Officer M. Glover reported:
On Tuesday (September 15), officers from the HPD IFR Division Warrant Execution Team attempted to execute a warrant on Thomas at a location he rented under a false name. As officers entered the location, Thomas dropped an assault rifle he was armed with and jumped from the third floor balcony of the apartment. Thomas then ran in an unknown direction.
Investigators believe Thomas may be injured and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
