Investigation into Fatal Crash at 4900 West Tidwell
October 9, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 4900 West Tidwell about 3 a.m. today.
The female victim, 37, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant J. Roque and Officer F. Flynn reported:
The victim was driving a blue Jeep Cherokee eastbound on West Tidwell when, for unknown reasons, her vehicle left the roadway and struck a light pole. The Jeep then overturned and ejected the victim.
No other individuals or vehicles were involved in this crash.
The investigation is continuing.
