May 26, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 141 South U.S. Highway 59 about 2:15 a.m. on Sunday (May 24).

The male victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Thomas and Officer T. Branford reported:

The victim was operating a Suzuki GSX motorcycle northbound at the above address when he lost control of the motorcycle at the split of U.S. Highway 59 and Interstate Highway 45 North.  The motorcyclist then struck a black Honda Civic and was ejected from the Suzuki.  He was then struck by a green Honda Accord.

All drivers involved remained at the scene and there are no charges in this incident.
