May 26, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male and the wounding of another individual at 800 Federal Road about 9:35 p.m. on Sunday (May 24).

The victim was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  The other individual was also transported to an area hospital and treated and released.  

HPD Homcide Division Officers J. Dodson and C. Elder reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a drive-by shooting call at the above address.  Upon arrival, they found both victims in the business parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds.  Both were transported to area hospitals.
