May 21, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 425 Aldine Bender Road about 1:50 a.m. today (May 21).  

The male victim, 23, was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant P. Lee and Officer M. Rios reported:  

The driver of a silver Subaru sedan was traveling southbound in the 10600 block of Spencer Road and ran the stop sign at the intersection of Aldine Bender.  The vehicle then crossed all lanes of traffic on Aldine Bender and struck a concrete divider.  The passenger in the Subaru was transported by HFD paramedics to the hospital where he died.  The male driver of the Subaru and a second male passenger were transported to area hospitals.  
No charges have been filed at this time as the investigation is continuing.
