March 3, 2015 - Charges have been filed against a suspect wanted in at least two robberies that occurred in north and southeast Houston since January.
The suspect, Larry Taylor, 33, is charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in the 180th State District Court. A photo of suspect Taylor, who remains at large, is attached to this news release.
Taylor is believed responsible for robberies at the following locations:
Family Dollar - 610 West Cavalcade on January 10- Shell Service Station - 3505 Gulf Freeway on January 11
In both incidents, Taylor entered the business wearing a black hoodie and armed with a gun and robbed the location. A surveillance photo from the Family Dollar incident is attached to this news release. Investigators believe Taylor, who is considered armed and dangerous, may be responsible for several other robberies in the Houston area.
