June 18, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 8511 South Braeswood about 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday (June 17).

The identity of the victim, 57, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Officers G. Sullivan and R. Ridel reported:

Officers were called to the above address on reports a man was shot by a male during an argument. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene. Investigators are questioning witnesses and possible persons involved in the incident.

No charges have been filed at this time as the investigation is continuing.
