June 17, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5103 Northridge about 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday (June 16).

The victim, Juan Jaimes-Martinez, 43, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Officers C. Sharp and M. Arrington reported:

Mr. Jaimes-Martinez was at his home with several family members when an unknown male suspect shot him during a home invasion.

The suspect is described only as a black male.
