Investigation into Fatal Shooting at 12330 Gulf Freeway
July 24, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male at 12330 Gulf Freeway (South Interstate Highway 45) about 3:05 a.m. today.
The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers J. Dodson and C. Elder reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting-in-progress call at a business at the above address. Upon arrival, they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported seeing a black male driving a yellow Can-Am three-wheeled motorcycle from the scene. He is described only as having a large Afro hairstyle and wearing an orange shirt.
