January 12, 2015 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 900 West Tidwell about 3:15 a.m. on Sunday (Jan. 11).

The identity of the male victim is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicde Division Officers M. Arroyo and C. Sharp reported:

Officers responded to an accident scene at the above address.  The victim was inside his vehicle, which had been involved in the accident.  The victim had suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

AT this time, it is unknown the exact location where the victim was shot.  There are no known suspects nor motive in this incident.
