Update: Suspects Arrested, Charged in Fatal Shooting at 11603 Bissonnet
February 13, 2015 - Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 11603 Bissonnet about 11:20 p.m. on Wednesday (January 21).
Sterling Endsley (b/m, 31) and Anthony Terrell Endsley (b/m, 28) are both charged with capital murder in the 338th State District Court. Photos of both suspects are attached to this news release.
The victim, Desmond Dewayne Fraser-Smith, 21, was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Simmons and Senior Police Officer L. Lovelace reported:
Mr. Fraser-Smith stopped at a gas station at the above address and got into an altercation with unknown males. At some point during the argument, he was shot.
Additional investigation identified Sterling and Anthony Endsley as suspects in this case and on Tuesday,(February 10), they were arrested without incident.
