Fatal Crash at 12600 Scott Street
December 22, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash at 12600 Scott Street about 6:05 p.m. on Monday (Dec. 21).
The identity of the male victim, 20, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Vanderbull and Senior Police Officer J. Lee reported:
The victim was operating a black Kawasaki 1200 motorcycle northbound on Scott Street when he lost control and failed to stay in a single lane. The motorcycle struck a curb and then a tree. Paramedics transported the victim to Ben Taub General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing.
