Investigation into Fatal Crash at 4135 Sue Ellen
August 5, 2015 - Houston police are investigating a fatal crash that occurred at 4135 Sue Ellen about 11:40 a.m. today.
The male victim, 4, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending notification to family members.
HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Hall and Officer T. Van reported:
The driver of a black Chevrolet TrailBlazer was backing out of a residential driveway when the victim ran from the house and into the vehicle's path.
Currently, there are no charges in this incident.
The investigation is continuing.
