September 22, 2014 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 7200 Longview about 10 p.m. on Sunday (September 21).  

The victim, Eric Ybarbo, 34, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant K. Meek and Officer T. Andrade reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a man down call at the above address and found Mr. Ybarbo deceased in the street.  A truck was also found at the location, backed into a ditch.  Witnesses reported hearing a disturbance between two males and then saw Ybarbo in the street and the truck in the ditch.  

The investigation is pending Ybarbo's cause of death to be determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
