September 5, 2014 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 11400 North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45) about 11:30 p.m. on Thursday (September 4).  

The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene.  Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant I. Izaguirre and Officer K. Tran reported:  

The victim was driving a blue Ford Explorer southbound on the North Freeway and, for unknown reasons, lost control of the vehicle and rolled over.  The female was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.  She was not wearing a seatbelt.
