October 30, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one man and the wounding of another at 17133 Imperial Valley Drive about 11:50 p.m. on Wednesday (Oct. 29).

The deceased victim, Wynoskie Carraway, 36, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene. A second male victim, 39, was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

HPD Homicide Division Officers D. Stark and M. Arroyo reported:

Officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Carraway deceased in the parking lot. He had been shot at least one time. A second male was also found suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses stated the incident began with an argument with an unknown suspect(s) and then escalated.
