Suspect Arrested, Charged in Fatal Traffic Accident at 12600 Kathryn
October 6, 2014 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal traffic accident at 12600 Kathryn about 2:25 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 5).
The suspect, Lynn Marie Martinez (H/f, 51), is charged with driving while intoxicated (second offense) in Harris County Criminal Court #15. She is accused for her role in an incident resulting in the death of a male, 46, whose identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant T. Trometer and Officer J. Crisler reported:
Martinez and the male victim got into an argument. When Martinez tried to leave in a blue Pontiac G5, the male got on the hood of the vehicle. When Martinez drove forward, the male would not not get off the hood. Martinez then stopped the vehicle and the male fell off the car and onto the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Martinez drove to her residence, where officers arrested her without incident.
