May 27, 2014 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 10300 Hempstead Highway about 10:30 a.m. today (May 27).  

The male, Jonathan Edward Montcomery, 30, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant B. Harris and Senior Police Officer M. Waters II reported:  

Mr. Montcomery appeared to have slept under the rail cars to possibly protect himself from the rainy weather.  Montcomery was found after the parked rail cars had been moved about 40 yards.  It appeared he had been run over.  

The investigation is pending the cause of death to be determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
