March 24, 2014 - A man stabbed at 715 West Mount Houston about 11:45 p.m. on March 14 has died from his injuries.

The victim, identified as Wilmer Javier Vargas-Antunez, 29, of Houston, was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital on March 19.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Rodriguez and Senior Police Officer D. Shorten reported:

Mr. Vargas-Antunez was inside the "Boho's Club" at the above address when he was stabbed multiple times by an unknown suspect.  Vargas-Antunez then exited the club and fell near the parking lot.  Paramedics transported him to the hospital in critical condition.
