April 28, 2014 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 3600 McKinney about 4 a.m. today (April 28).

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.  His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Cegielski and Senior Police Officer C. Scales reported:

Houston Fire Department personnel responded to a car fire at the above address and found the victim inside.  He appeared to have been shot.
