2nd Update: Wanted Suspect Arrested, Charged in Female's Death at 6821 South Gessner
April 4, 2014 - A suspect wanted and charged in the death of a woman found at 6821 South Gessner about 5:25 p.m. on March 22 has been arrested.
The suspect, Osvaldo Fernandez-Aguilar (H/m, 23), was located in Cancun, Mexico and returned to Houston yesterday (Thursday, April 3). He is charged with capital murder in the 351st State District Court for his role in the killing of Maria Lucrecia, 27, of Houston. Ms. Lucrecia suffered blunt force trauma to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. Jewell and Senior Police Officers R. Bolton and M. Miller reported:
Ms. Lucrecia was working as a cleaning lady at the Eclipse Gentlemen's nightclub at the above address when an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the club and killer her. It was learned Lucrecia was five months pregnant. The suspect stole cash from a register before fleeing the scene.
Further investigation and surveillance video previously released to the media identified Fernandez-Aguilar as the suspect in this case and he was subsequently charged and arrested.
