September 26, 2013 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 3800 Canfield #901 about 1 p.m. on Wednesday (Sept. 24). 

The victim, Billy Chatman, 70, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Howard and Officer R. Lujan reported:  

Mr. Chatman met with two other unknown male suspects inside his apartment.  At some point, Chatman was shot.  Both suspects fled the scene in a gray sport utility vehicle, possibly a Nissan Armada, in an unknown direction.  

The suspects are described only as two Hispanic males.
