September 03, 2013 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 12406 Tambourine Drive about 9:50 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 1).

The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Services.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers X. Avila and J. Sosa reported:

The victim was found lying in the grass between two residences at the above address.  He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. 

At this time, there are no known witnesses or suspects in this case.
