Investigation into Female Found Deceased at 1400 Miller
October 31, 2013 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a female found at 1400 Miller about 11 p.m. on Wednesday (Oct. 30).
The identity of the victim is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant M. L. Holbrook and Senior Police Officer P. Vela reported:
The victim was found between two old vacant houses at the above address. Her body had been set on fire. There were no other visible signs of trauma to the victim.
