November 25, 2013 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 12527 Whittington about 10:30 a.m. today (November 25).  

The male victim, 54, was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he was pronounced dead.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant A. Francois and Officer E. Rubio reported:  

The victim was driving a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and failed to stay in a single lane and struck a tree.  The victim was then transported to the hospital.  

No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
