November 25, 2013 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 2900 North Main Street about 11:45 p.m. last Friday (Nov. 22).

The identity of the male victim, 35, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant T. Trometer and Officer M. Rios reported:

The victim was driving a brown Dodge Durango north on North Main when he lost control of the vehicle, which struck a fence and a light pole.  The driver died at the scene.  There were no other passengers in the vehicle nor any other vehicles believed to be involved in the accident.
