November 12, 2013 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a male found at 13350 Northborough about 1:40 a.m. last Saturday (Nov. 9).  

The victim, age unknown, was pronounced dead at the scene.  His identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.  

HPD Homicide Division Sergeants T. Versluis, T. Simmons and Officers L. Wright and J. Rexroad reported:  

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the Canfield Lakes Apartments at the above address.  Officers arrived and found the victim lying on the ground in the apartment complex parking lot near the vehicle entrance gate.  He appeared to have been shot.  HFD emergency personnel responded and pronounced the victim deceased.  

At this time, there are no known witnesses nor suspects.
