November 4, 2013 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating two suspects wanted and charged in the fatal shooting of a man at 9475 West Sam Houston Parkway about 8:20 p.m. on July 28.
One suspect, Bonfilio Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Alejandro Bardales (H/m, DOB: 7-17-50), is charged with murder in the 338th State District Court. The other suspect, Guillermo Alejandro Bardales-Calva, also known as Ramon Javier Hernandez-Torres, (H/M, DOB: 6-25-76), is charged with providing a false statement to obtain credit in the same court. Guillermo is the son of Bonfilio. Surveillance photos of the suspects are attached to this news release.
The victim, David Sanchez, 19, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene.
HPD Homide Division Sergeant A. Versluis, Senior Police Officer M. Khan and Officers I. Ulloa and J. Rexroad reported:
Witnesses reported hearing a single gun shot in the northwest part of the Shadowtree Apartments complex. Mr. Sanchez was found in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. HFD paramedics responded and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Further investigation revealed information that identified Bonfilio as the shooter in this case and Guillermo as being present at the time of the shooting. Both are believed to be fleeing with Guilllermo's wife, Aida Ramirez and their two children, Sonia and Angel Bardales. They are believed to be traveling in a white 1998 Toyota 4-Runner with Texas license plates MWT-440.
