July 22, 2013 - Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the fatal shooting of a man at 10203 Forum Park #239 about 4:30 p.m. on July 18.
The suspect, Kevin Bray (b/m, DOB: 7-11-76), is charged with murder in the 178th State District Court. He is accused in the killing of Corey Edward Taylor, 27, of the above address.

HPD Homicide Division Officers E. Zugner and J. Dominguez reported:
An unknown male suspect forced his way into Mr. Taylor's apartment and started shooting at Taylor, striking him in the head. The suspect then fled the scene on foot. Taylor was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital where he later died.
Further investigation led to Bray identifed as the suspect in this case and he was arrested a short time later without incident.
