Suspect Wanted, Charged in Fatal Incident at 4201 T.C. Jester
February 4, 2012 - Houston police are asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted and charged in the death of a woman at 4201 T.C. Jester about 2:50 a.m. today.
The suspect, Jessie Blanco (H/m, DOB: 5/29/83) is charged with murder in the 230th State District Court. He is accused in the death of Melissa Chavez, 28, of Houston.
A photo of suspect Blanco, who remains at large, is attached to this news release.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant G. Whitehead and Officer B. Nabors reported:
Ms. Chavez was discovered in T.C. Jester Park at the above address. Officers discovered the victim and Blanco were involved in a dispute in which Blanco physically assaulted Chavez. Blanco then struck Chavez with his vehicle numerous times and then fled in his vehicle. Chavez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Blanco was last seen in his 2005 Pontiac Vibe bearing Texas license plates DS3-W850.
