December 23, 2013 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the apparent suicides of a male and female at 407 Greens Road about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday (Dec. 21).

The male is identified as Dalman Foye, 34, and the female as Neferterie Starkey, 27, both of the above address.

HPD Homicide Division Senior Police Officers M. Miller and T. Miller reported:

Officers arrived to a shooting call at the Park De Ville apartment complex at the above address and found both victims each suffering from one apparent gun shot wound. Mr. Foye's mother and the couple's two children were inside the apartment at the time of the shooting. Foye's mother provided information to investigators leading them to believe the gunshots were possibly self-inflicted.

The investigation is pending autopsy results by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
