December 23, 2013 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man found at 10222 South Gessner #503 about 8:35 p.m. on Saturday (Dec. 21).

The identity of the victim, 32, is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant T. Ferguson and Senior Police Officer C. Scales reported:

Officers responding to a possible burglary call found the victim deceased inside his apartment. He had suffered multiple gun shot wounds. It is believed he was shot earlier in the day, sometime between 3 and 5 a.m. Evidence inside the apartment indicated there were signs of a struggle.
