September 24, 2012 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man found at 8850 Long Point about 8:25 a.m. on Sunday (Sept. 23).
The victim, Luis Rodriguez Espinoza, 35, of Cypress, was pronounced dead at Ben Taub General Hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant Z. Becker and Officers D. Fontenot and C. Hassig reported:
Officers responded to the above location, the recently closed Spring Branch Medical Center, on reports a man drove there and was seeking assistance for a stab wound to his neck. The victim got out of his vehicle and lost consciousness. He was then transported to the hospital where he later died.
