June 11, 2012 - Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 13200 Cullen Boulevard about 2:50 a.m. on Sunday (June 10).

The victim, Robert D. Gray, 35, of Houston, was pronounced dead at the scene.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant C. Nickerson and Officer D. Ashford reported:

Mr Gray was driving a red Volvo S-60 at a high rate of speed southbound on Cullen when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree. Gray, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
