April 13, 2012 - Houston police are asking for the public's help in locating two males wanted for questioning in the fatal shooting of one man and wounding of another at 16826 City View Drive about 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday (April 11).

The males are identified as William Thomas Hickman III, who has an alias of "Chilly Bill" (b/m, DOB: 9-22-72) and Paul Donshea Williams, also known as "Boobie" (b/m, DOB: 6-3-82). Photos of both males, who have not been charged at this time, are attached to this news release.



One victim, Xavier Davon Glover, 18, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene. A second man, David Wayne Shrepee, 31, suffered a non life-threatening gunshot wound and was transported to Houston Northwest Medical Center.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury, Jr. and Senior Police Officer R. Martinez reported:

HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above location and found Mr.'s Glover and Shrepee had been shot in the common area of the apartment complex. Further investigation determined both victims had gotten into an argument with several other people.

Further investigation identified Hickman and Williams as persons of interest wanted for questioning in this case.
