October 24, 2011 - Houston police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a man at 700 West Mount Houston about 4 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 23).
The male victim, 32, suffered multiple stab wounds and was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead. His identity is pending notification to family members.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant R. Blain and Senior Police Officer J. Robles reported:
The victim had stopped in the parking lot at the above address when he was confronted by two to five suspects. It is unknown why the suspects assaulted the victim before fleeing the scene.
