February 28, 2011 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a man found at 9303 Woodfair about 12:10 p.m. on Friday (Feb. 25)

The identity and cause of death of the male victim, aged 25 to 35, are pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Hufstedler and Senior Police Officer D. Arnold reported:

A maintenance worker found the male victim partially decomposed in an abandoned apartment.  The apartment was a known shelter for homeless individuals and drug users.
