Investigation into Child's Death at 10227 Azalea Village
October 18, 2010 - Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a young girl found unresponsive at 10227 Azalea Village about 10 a.m. on Sunday (Oct. 17).
The girl, three years of age, was pronounced dead at Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant C. Howard and Officer E. Castaneda reported:
The child was taken by paramedics to the hospital from her residence after she was found not breathing at the above location.
At this time, abuse or neglect is not suspected; however, the investigation is continuing pending the autopsy.
