Fatal Shooting at 5200 Market
October 4, 2010 - Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 5200 Market about 9:50 p.m. on Friday (Oct. 1).
The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
HPD Homicide Division Officers P. Vela and T. Andrade reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a reported assault-in progress call at the above address. When they arrived, they found the victim lying in the street.
